Meet the Owner
Over the last twelve years in the photography industry, Megan Blasdel has built her own successful brand in the luxury portrait market. In 2017, she was recruited for contract commercial work by international powerhouse GoDaddy Photo, and since then has worked with dozens of small, local businesses to capture their spaces.
Seeking a more connected experience between herself and the businesses she worked with, Megan launched Galveston Image Company in early 2020. She believes small and mid-size businesses are the heartbeats of their communities and that each owner has a passion and purpose as individualized as the next. With this new endeavor, Megan’s goal is to provide small businesses with imagery that not only captures their spaces, but tells their story.
Her experience as a former media manager and current small business owner puts her in a unique position to offer both the guidance and skill set to help portray the parts of your business that will resonate best with consumers.
